Nicole raises the bar for any organization that she works with and she provides the tools and strategic direction to get there. I had the great pleasure of working with Nicole at Burlington City Arts  where she served for 3 years as a Board member and  Treasurer. Her warm, smart, no-nonsense approach to numbers, their impact, and the story they tell made her a beloved team member. She guided a significant culture change at BCA that we still praise today.
